4/25/2008: I came for a night or two, stayed for a week and
would have stayed longer if I hadn't had prior commitments. What a wonderful
park...great staff, lots of amenities, wonderful laundry room, HUGE sites. I put
up bird feeders on the tree beside my RV...wonderful variety of birds in the
area. Not crowded this time of year and the weather was wonderful!
It has an amazing community center with room for large gatherings (I suspect
it's very busy during the season). There is room to eat, chat, watch TV, use the
computers, and more. There is a kitchen for camper use with coffee brewing all
day, a nice library for book exchanges, a great pool with an exercise area and
more. The park is secluded but not far from Sierra Vista for any
necessary shopping. Lots of sightseeing in the area including ghost towns,
Tombstone, Bisbee & more. |
