12/8/2007: I'm new in the park but will be here for a month. First impressions are good. While there are a fair number of obvious seasonal sites, all are well maintained. The area is clean, the facilities are new (and clean) and not overly crowded. Great monthly rate (includes electric on this date), lots of places to walk and wander, friendly residents and management. That said, most sites seem to be a little narrow but with the winter winds, I don't plan on putting out the awning anyway. Some sites have fire rings, some have grills, almost all have picnic tables (older so bring something to put over them).
