Yes, I admit it, I’m weird. Why do I say that?
- I have to have silence when talking on the phone. No radio, music, television, or talking in the background.
- I turn down the radio in the car when in heavy traffic or looking for an address.
- I dislike watching videos to learn something new, give me a reference manual.
- I never liked biscuits & gravy, grits, BBQ or deep friend anything except French fries.
- I prefer my food to not touch if there is any liquid involved.
- I love to drink the juice from green olives.
- I dislike confrontation, debate and arguing.
- I never had a pedicure until I was 66 years old.
- When I was working, the first thing I took off when I got home was all my jewelry. Now I rarely wear any.
- I dislike pranks almost as much as I hate horror movies.
- I abhor making phone calls.
- Biting into black licorice makes me want to vomit!
- I can’t walk past anything fleece in stores without touching.
- I don’t like the movie “Young Frankenstein” (but I do love most Mel Brooks movies).
- I can’t even watch roller coasters on TV!
- Military history bores me (as does political history).
- I don’t like shrimp in any form…it’s all tasteless to me.
- I dislike getting dressed up, in a dress! I can deal with dress pants, a nice blouse and a jacket, but if it’s a dress it has to be long.
- I don’t like chocolate cake – honest!
- I dislike pudding, tapioca, cream of wheat, oatmeal (it’s a texture thing).
- I love tomatoes and catsup but hate tomato soup.
But hey, it makes me who I am, and I’m okay with that!
