Not really…but I wish it were. My sleep pattern has gotten crazy this last year.
One night in ten, I will fall asleep and sleep well for 8-9 hours. The rest of the time I either sleep for an hour or two, then wake up for the rest of the night, or I can’t get to sleep until sometime after five in the morning. Of course, it I nap, it starts all over again.
Night before last, I stayed up all night. Just couldn’t turn the brain off, couldn’t wind things down. But I did get close to a three hour nap. Then last night, I slept three hours, woke and couldn’t go back to sleep.
The good news is I was awake enough to get on the computer and be productive. Sunday is the day I do all my posts for the week, that way I have no excuse to not write (other than emails, reading blogs, and dithering on Facebook).
I wonder what tonight will bring? I’m going to try to NOT take a nap.
